The Licensing

Q: Are the samples royalty-free?

The samples are all royalty-free with the exception of major placements or streams that exceed 1,000,000. If this does happen, master clearance is 100% guaranteed! You will also be able to access your license in your account portal.

Q: Can I sell beats with the samples on websites like BeatStars?

Yes, you can sell the beats on any platform including your own. You do not need to split sales with us. Sharing what you make though is always appreciated, we love to hear.

Q: Do I have to credit Loop Scope?

“Loop Scope” does not always have to be credited, though it is always appreciated and preferred. However, in the case of a major placement, we will always require a credit.

Q: How can I use the samples?

Commercial and non commercial use. You can use this for your own personal recordings (mixes and beats), personal releases, for sync, tv, film etc. You can also sell on BeatStars and similar platforms. You do not need to split sales with us.

Q: What is considered a major placement?

If you get placed by... Major labels/distributors (Warner, Universal, Sony, etc). and any of the smaller or indie labels associated under these labels, sister/sub labels. Film, TV and Video Games, under distribution or production companies such as Netflix, HBO, Warner, Disney etc. and/ or gaming companies such as EA Games, Epic Games, Rockstar etc. If your streams exceed 1,000,000 streams on Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube.

Q: Can I share a sample?

You can share a sample for creative purposes, however, it is a single users license and therefore if you are sharing it with someone, they will not have the license that you have. You cannot re-sell or repurpose any of the samples.

Q: Do I lose my license if I unsubscribe?

No, your license will always be valid for the samples you downloaded whilst you were subscribed. If you are no longer subscribed and don't have access to your license anymore, contact us and we'll send you a new one.

Q: How do I clear a sample?

Contact us here or DM us on instagram @loopscope. We will get back to you immediately and clearance will be easy & guaranteed.

You can view it and download it in your account portal!

The Samples

Q: How do I download & use a sample?

All of our samples come as .zip files. All you have to do is download the file from our website, unzip it and you'll be ready to drag and drop the files into your DAW.

Q: Do you use other samples in your samples?

No we do not. This is to make sure your license from us covers everything.

Q: One of the samples isn't working or downloading properly.

Make sure you have enough space on your laptop or that you have the right software to unzip the file. If the problem still persists contact us here.

Q: What is a 'Bonus Stem'?

A bonus stem is part of our creative process that we like to share. For example, sometimes we make a sample and then sample that sample. A bonus stem in that case could be the original composition. If you ever want the stems to a 'bonus stem' reach out to us here and we'll sort you out.

The Subscription

Q: Why did my payment fail?

1) Try using a different browser or updating your current one. Our payment processor requires a OTP for extra security and sometimes certain browser settings can block this.

2) Try using a different device.

3) If you try too many times on the same email the security system will block you for 24 hours, try again on a new email/ account.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

Yes of course. Even if you cancel, your license will always be valid for all the samples you downloaded whilst you were subscribed.

Q: Am I still allowed to use the downloaded samples if I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Your license to all the samples you downloaded will always be valid. Therefore, you can use any samples you downloaded even if you cancel your subscription.

Q: How many new samples are released?

We release 4 new samples every week and 1 new exclusive bonus kit every month. Quality always comes first for you.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Our payment processors are Paddle & Amazon Payment Services.

The rewards program is tied to your subscription and total spending. As you stay subscribed and reach specific milestones, you unlock exclusive rewards. If you’ve made purchases before subscribing, those amounts also count toward your progress.

Q: How do I check my progress to see if I’ve unlocked a reward?

There is a progress bar on the Rewards page that tells you where you are and when you'll get your next reward!

Q: How do I download my unlocked rewards?

Once you unlock a reward, the button will turn white, indicating it’s ready to download. Rewards come as a ZIP file, just like our samples.

Q: The download link isn’t working. What should I do?

Make sure you have enough space, If this doesn't work please contact us for support here and we'll send you your rewards!

Q: Can I download my rewards on multiple devices?

Yes, you can download your rewards on as many different devices as you want!

Q: What happens if I accidentally delete my rewards? Can I download them again?

Nothing, you can just download them again!

Q: If I unsubscribe and come back later, is my progress lost?

No, your progress is not lost. Just make sure to use the same email when you resubscribe to continue where you left off.
